The parade itself will begin at approximatelly
                    2:15 p.m., and will travel from the U.S. Capitol down
                    Pennsylvania Avenue to 15th Street, 15th back to
                    Pennsylvania Avenue, where it will pass the White House and
                    the Presidential reviewing stand.
