9:50 AM - Featured Speaker: David Horowitz

10:20 AM - LoudCitizen March down Constitution Street to Inauguration

10:30 AM - Pre-Inaugural Music Begins 

11:30 AM - Official Swearing-In Ceremony Begins 

11:50 AM - Vice President Cheney is sworn in 

12:00 PM - President Bush is sworn in at noon and delivers his Inaugural Address

2:00 PM - Inaugural Parade begins down Pennsylvania Avenue --
    LoudCitizen will be gathering together again here for the parade. 

6:30 PM - Various Inaugural Balls welcome attendees (but tickets are required, 
available from state reps)
